Late notifications and No documents in IPAFFS

Late Notifications: From 1st July 2024, all IPAFFS notifications should be submitted to us at least 24 hours before arrival at the Port of Liverpool. Notifications submitted under 24 hours will incur late charges of £50 per consignment.
No Documents attached in IPAFFS: CHEDs have been submitted through IPAFFS with no documentation attached. All documentation should be uploaded to the IPAFFS notification before submitting, this applies to all risk categories. Going forward, Medium / High Risk CHEDs submitted in IPAFFS without the documentation attached will receive a charge for the scanning and uploading of the original documents into IPAFFS by our officers. Low Risk consignments without documentation attached in IPAFFS will receive an advisory note which may incur an additional charge.
