Administration Charges
A charge of £36.00 will be levied for administrative actions taken outside of our normal processes.

For example:
-Certifying copies of Health Certificates
-Changing agents on invoices
-Refunding payments made to us in error
-refunding pre-payment accounts
-Completing notifications in IPAFFs/PHILIS DES on your behalf
£69.00 for document checks completed on diverted consignments
-Doc check carried out CHEDS created and presented but are not required

Pre-import Advice
A charge will be levied for requests for pre-import advice at the following rates.
Up to 5 commodities/queries £36.00
Each additional 5 commodities/queries £15.50

Non-Compliant Consignments
Late Notification letter issued for all consignments not pre-notified as set out in legislation £76.75
