Administration Charges
A charge of £35.00 will be levied for administrative actions taken outside of our normal processes.

For example:
-Certifying copies of Health Certificates
-Changing agents on invoices
-Refunding payments made to us in error
-refunding pre-payment accounts
-Completing notifications in IPAFFs/PHILIS DES on your behalf
£67.50 for document checks completed on diverted consignments

Pre-import Advice
A charge will be levied for requests for pre-import advice at the following rates.
Up to 5 commodities/queries £35.00
Each additional 5 commodities/queries £15.00

Non-Compliant Consignments
Late Notification letter issued for all consignments not pre-notified as set out in legislation £75
Issuance of official Rejection Notice or Formal Verification in respect of IUU certificates £150
